The State of Montana contracted with Diamond to remove the existing Capitol Plaza and construct a new ADA compliant Helena Capital Tribal Flag Plaza. Complete demolition of existing concrete steps and flatwork were completed with new concrete retaining walls, slabs and stairs, tube steel handrail and guardrail, lighting and power, and flagpoles for new plaza in front of the State of Montana Capitol Building.
