Job Site Safety

We Come Home Safely

Safety is not just a goal at Diamond it is a culture. We manage our risks through education, communication and compliance with safe practices.

Our Safety Policy

Diamond strives for 100% safety policy awareness and execution at all levels of the company. There are no exemptions and no exceptions. Regard for the public, our employees, subcontractors and visitors is our top priority. We use numerus tools to achieve zero accidents and injuries, which include: Jobsite signage, Toolbox Meetings, site safety surveys, and communication.

Diamond has an active safety program in-place and enforced on all projects. We hold our team accountable to each other, watching out not only for the safety of our team, but of our extended team—subcontractors, vendors, clients, patrons, and neighborhood residents. Safety is our daily culture!

As a standard, we talk safety every day, multiple times a day. We wear hard hats, ear/eye protection, and protective attire as each task requires. We encourage education for our team, with continuing education course and training in scaffold competency, fall protection, OSHA 30-hour, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), asbestos, lead based paint, respirators, open trenches and more. All superintendents are first aide and CPR trained.
